Before starting Latitude 40, Peter Grieb was in the restaurant industry for many years. While working in fine dining, Peter gained the planning + prioritization skills, as well as customer service skills that are essential for running a successful business.

With family being the number one priority, he realized that starting Latitude 40 would mean more freedom to enjoy his family, while providing premier cleaning services for his community.

Today, we have expanded to include not only window cleaning services, but also pressure washing, and soft washing for your total home maintenance needs.
WHY latitude 40?
Peter spent a lot of time sailing the South Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea, so navigation was an essential part of daily living. Latitude 40 is our home base, here in South Jersey.
